The Blair County Business Art and Music Association aims to create better relationships between the business and the creative communities in order to promote collaboration and cooperation. The parnerships that develop from this association will then promote a more attractive and flourishing Blair County to our young people in the hope that they will more clearly see the value in staying in Central PA to live and raise a family.
